Service Agreement - Please Read Carefully.

  1. Use of this email system is completely at users own risk and liability.

  2. Mass email or "spam" is not allowed to be sent through this system.

  3. WhiteCenter.com, Peter Richards, RichWEB Net Creations, LLC., NextPages, LLC or any other named or implied entities are completely held harmless of any results of any actions that may be associated with the used of this email system.

  4. Signee must reside in or do business in White Center.

  5. While all effort is made to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee or warrant usage or reliability of service on this system. The above named parties may not be held responsible for any loss or damages that may be encurred due to a failure of this system to operate in a normal capacity.

  6. Service will not be made available to check email from a standard email pop client as we limit the usage to WEB BASED email found on this service to avoid possible spam and illicit use of the system.

  7. Persons caught using this service for illegal activities or any other activity deemed questionable to the overlying vision of this service and its operators will be denied service and the account will be terminated.

  8. DISPUTE POLICY: If a dispute should arrive between two legitimate business entities, or one business entity and an individual, the business entity claiming to have rightful ownership of a legally trademarked or copyrighted name will prevail (upon providing proof of ownership to NextPages, LLC). Proper names will not be deemed trademarked and will be serviced on a first-come first serve basis. No email names may be sold or held for money.

  9. This service is made available free of charge to residents and business owners of White Center. We reserve the right to begin charging for service at any time we deem necessary to offset the demand of service.

  10. While all effort is made to ensure reliability, we do not warrant usage or reliability of service on this system. The above named parties may not be held responsible for any loss or damages that may be encurred due to a failure of this system to operate in a normal capacity.

  11. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR END SERVICE AT ANY TIME TO ANY PERSON.
